PARKING RULES
NatureWalk reminder: Park only in designated areas. Parking on streets, sidewalks (including tires on the sidewalk),
landscaped areas, district-owned roadways, or with tires outside marked spaces is not allowed and is a tow-away zone.
Any towing is at the guest’s expense.
General Rules
- Park only in designated spaces for your unit or side parking areas.
- Please review your check-in instructions for driveway parking availability.
- No blocking driveways, fire lanes, or other vehicles.
- Display parking permits if provided.
Restricted Areas
- No parking on grass, sidewalks, or landscaped areas.
- Golf carts must be parked in the driveway or garage only. Street parking is prohibited (tow at guest expense).
- Loading/unloading zones must remain clear except for active use.
- If unauthorized parking results in a ticket, the fee will be added to your reservation and charged to the card on file.
- When not in use, park the golf cart in the garage if available for guest use.
- Avoid parking golf carts on grass. Sheriff’s Office may issue fines (charged to card on file).
- Ensure the golf cart is fully charged before removing it from the property.
- You may charge the cart during times it is not in use.
- Handicap spaces are reserved for vehicles with valid placards.
Vehicle Requirements
- All vehicles must be operable, licensed, and insured.
- No overnight parking of trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles unless approved.
- Report accidents, damage, or violations immediately.

Parking Pass Guidelines
- If you park in designated side parking areas, display your parking pass in the vehicle.
- If you park in the property driveway, a pass is not required as long as the vehicle is parked in the driveway.
