HOUSE RULES
No Smoking
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
No Pets
- If you are not staying in one of our designated pet-friendly properties, pets are strictly prohibited. Any exception requires prior written approval.
Quiet Hours
- Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Guest Policy
- Occupancy policies and limits are strictly enforced. Violations may result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of all payments.
- Additional guests require prior approval.
Respect Property
- No parties or large gatherings.
- Do not move furniture without approval.
- A/C: Maintain 74°F for optimal use.
- Linens & towels: For in-home use only (excluding beach towels).
- Do not hang wet towels on furniture or railings.
- Return furniture and accessories to their original locations before departure.
- Keep exterior doors closed.
- Trash: Trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays. Fasten bear straps to follow HOA rules.
Tip: Keep noise and patio activity low at night to avoid HOA complaints.
