GOLF CART RULES
Use & Eligibility
- Driver must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.
- Seatbelts required where equipped; max passengers = number of seats.
- No driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Observe posted speed limits and all traffic laws.
Parking
- Park in the driveway or garage only. No street parking (tow at guest expense).
- Avoid parking on landscaping, grassy areas, sidewalks, nature trails, or boardwalks.
- If unauthorized parking results in a ticket, the fee will be added to your reservation and charged to the card on file.
Charging & Fees
- Ensure the golf cart is fully charged before removing it from the property.
- Do not operate below 20% battery (charge monitored by management).
Fee: If operated under 20% and towing is required, a $150 fee will be charged to the card on file.
Keys
- Golf cart keys are on the kitchen countertop; leave them there at checkout.
Missing keys: $100 fee charged to the card on file.
