CHECK IN/OUT

Check-In

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM.
  • Early arrival / late departure requests must be submitted before arrival/departure.
  • For NatureWalk properties: golf cart key and pool card are on the kitchen countertop.
  • For WaterColor properties: Please check the yellow envelope on the kitchen countertop for wristabnds and parking pass.
Packages: Do not send deliveries to the property. If you urgently need a package, contact our office first for an alternate address. (For only Urgent Deliveries)

House Policies

  • Occupancy is strictly enforced. Extra guests require prior approval.
  • Violations may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Golf Cart

  • Allow 15 seconds after turning the key (cart in Neutral) before use.
  • Parking: driveway or garage only. No street parking (tow at guest expense).
  • Charge rule: Do not operate below 20%. Charge is monitored.
  • If used under 20% and towing is needed: $150 fee charged to the card on file.
  • Keys are on the kitchen countertop; leave them there at checkout. Missing keys: $100 fee.
  • Driver must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.
  • Not permitted on nature trails, boardwalks, or sidewalks. No landscaping/grassy parking.

Parking & Community Rules

  • One driveway spot is available. Garage has an extra space, but one spot is reserved for the golf cart (if applicable).
  • NatureWalk CDD rules: no parking on landscaped areas, streets, alleys, or district roadways (tow-away zones).
  • Vehicles blocking emergency access may be towed.
  • Tickets from unauthorized parking are the guest’s responsibility (charged to card on file).

Trash

  • Trash pickup: Mondays & Thursdays.
  • Follow HOA rules and keep bear straps fastened to secure the trash can.

Departure Guidelines:

  • The standard checkout time is 10:00 am.
  • Late checkouts will result in a $200.00 fee. This fee covers housekeeping and helps us maintain our scheduling.
  • Please report any accidental damage before departure to be covered by our Accidental Damage policy.
  • If you plan on leaving before 10:00 am, please inform us through e-mail or text message.
  • Ensure all trash is taken out before departure.
  • Wash all dishes or run them through the dishwasher.
  • All linens are professionally laundered upon departure. Please refrain from washing linens or terry.
  • Set the A/C temperature to 75 degrees.
  • Confirm that the door lock is set to lock the door securely.
  • If applicable, leave all wristbands or passes on the kitchen counter by the coffee maker. (For WaterColor Properties)
  • If applicable, plug in and cover the golf cart before departure.
  • If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call or text us.
  • Late Check-Out: Please request at least 24 hours in advance.
